Biography

Frank Mottola was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Operations Officer in June 2025. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Quality, GMP Operations and Information Technology beginning in 2020 and Vice President of Quality, GMP Operations and Information Technology from 2017 to 2020. From 2014-2017, he served as Vice President of Quality and GMP Operations. Initially he joined Supernus as Director of Quality in 2005, responsible for initiating Quality Systems at the company’s inception. Prior to that time, Mr. Mottola was the Director of Quality at Able Laboratories and previously held positions at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Johnson & Johnson). He has 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Business Administration while attending Rutgers University and Walden University.
